With Alyzia, the Group Aéroport de Paris puts its expertise and experience at the service of airlines for handling their passengers and aircraft: a complete service package is offered for stopover handling, with staff operational from 5 am to midnight at Paris-Orly and around the clock at Paris-CDG.
Our staff's skills are continually updated, especially when it comes to handling dangerous products and as regards security and safety procedures, in line with IATA and EU-Ops requirements.
The Group Aéroports de Paris also guarantees its commitments with the signature of a Service Level Agreement.
Our services :
Airside assistance
- Flight supervision : slot management, flight plans, loading plans, drawing up weight estimates and weather information files
- Service coordination : handling loading and unloading, transferring and sorting baggage, passenger and crew transportation
- Various aircraft operations : arrival/departure guidance, help with aircraft placing, fueling, help with starting (ASU, GPU), interfacing with the caterer and the fueller, water supplies, cabin cleaning, deicing (Paris-Orly), transporting cargo and mail from warehouses
Passenger assistance
- Assistance with check in, embarkation and disembarkation, looking after passengers with special needs (UMs, the disabled, wheelchairs…), checking travel documents, baggage problems (excess bags, disputes) and private lounges.
- A pioneer in passenger check in procedures and flight management, Aéroports de Paris has used CLF (Common Language Facility) technology since 1998 for full interaction with our customer's DCS : most of our staff members are trained in the use of this tool and can therefore adapt to all airline procedures.
A member of Aviance, a worldwide alliance of handling contractors, since 2002, Aéroports de Paris' handling services are present in 12countries and at more than 80 airports around the world.
Aéroports de Paris' handling services generate sales worth 128 million Euros. It also represents almost 11 million passengers handled and 100,000 mouvment assisted airside every year (2004 figures).
