Global Compact application

- Respecting the dignity of all passengers in the application of the safety and security measures required in airports.
- Protecting the rights of airport platform personnel working in secure venues where checks and monitoring are necessary.
- Providing access to its Intranet to representative staff institutions and to trade unions.
- Facilitating access to work, in particular for people without means of transport through a temporary cut-rate car rental service with the association Papa-Charlie.
- Adopting an Environmental Management System.
 

Priority for agreement

In July 2003, Aéroports de Paris signed an agreement with the trade unions formalizing the framework for the consultation process accompanying changes linked to organization reforms.
 
It promotes the expression of the personnel's concerns and expectations and full exercise of the trade unions' prerogatives.
 
The agreement has several measures concerning:
- associating personnel in a think process on the organization, promoting information and dialog.
- meetings with the unions in particular within the monitoring commitee.
- presenting and assessing platform organization projects.
- personnel assignment.
 
The social climate survey revealed that almost two-thirds of employees are aware of this agreement and consider it useful.
