Restructuring
In July 2005, Aéroports de Paris was converted into a public limited company in order to boost its growth. Another key tool to sustain its business and services strategy and its ambition: to become the benchmark airport in Europe.
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors decides on the directions for the Group's activity and oversees their implementation.
It controls the management of the business and ensures the quality of the information supplied to shareholders as well as the market.
The Chairman and CEO of Aéroports de Paris, in carrying out his role as Chairman of the Board of Directors, represents the Board and organizes and directs all its work. The Board of Directors meets at least six times per year.
In 2008, the Board met 10 times.
Aéroports de Paris Executive Committee
Since 2003, Aéroports de Paris has given itself a decentralized structure in order to increase its responsiveness and be in tune with realities in the field
This structure relies on:
- Airport divisions that control the main levers acting on all elements of airport operation,
- Executive Directors and central functional divisions responsible, within their fields of competence, for developing policies and coordinating their implementation.
