François Cangardel - Real Estate Director.

François Cangardel has joined Aéroports de Paris as real estate Director
after occupying several positions in real estate and planning. He is a
member of the company's executive committee.
François Cangardel was before Deputy CEO in charge of planning,construction and development for SEM 92 which he joined in 1993 asPlanning and Construction Director. He notably supervised several urbanplanning projects in areas of economic and commercial activities (Issyles-Moulineaux, Quartier de l'Ecluse in Suresnes, La Bongarde and Chanteraines in Villeneuve-la-Garenne), in residential and mixed-use neighborhoods (Asnières-sur-Seine,Antony, La Garenne-Colombes, Fontainebleau, Neuilly-sur-Seine, Issy-les-Moulineaux,ZAC Villerenne…) and in downtown areas (Bourg-la-Reine, Bois-Colombes, Clamart). He also managed public construction projects such as Léonard de Vinci University, junior and senior high schools, IUT, gymnasiums, police stations, libraries…
From 1983 to 1993, François Cangardel was in charge of organizing real estate projects for Bouygues Construction. He created and managed subsidiary SODEARIF (An Engineering, Planning and Real Estate and Land Development Company). He also advised Bouygues Entreprise general management about the organization of different real estate projects.
From 1977 to 1982, François Cangardel, Director of New Projects for SCOGIM developed and implemented about 20 housing programs in the Paris area and on the French Riviera, sold to individuals or en-block to institutional investors.
Born on 18 January 1952, François Cangardel is a civil engineer from Ponts et Chaussées (1974) and holds an MBA from HEC-ISA.).
