Catherine Benet, Human Resources Director


 


Catherine Benet was appointed Human Resources Manager and member of the Aéroports de Paris executive committee on 1 September 2011, replacing Gonzalve de Cordoue.







With a French DESS (master's) degree in psychology and a bachelor of arts (Université Paris 7), Catherine Benet also has a Master II in social rights (Université Panthéon Sorbonne - Paris I).

Catherine Benet started working as a teacher, in the Lycée Français in Mexico and the Institut Français d’Amérique Latine between 1982 and 1984. Subsequently she worked as Executive Assistant and later Manager of a production centre for Serintel, a company specialising in automated payments and banking contracting (1985-1988).

In 1989, she joined the Centre National des Caisses d’Epargne as manager of the automated payments assistance unit until 1992, when she was appointed head of employment, training and internal communications at the Société Centrale de Trésorerie des Caisses d’Epargne.

In 1994, she moved to the Caisse des Dépôts et des Consignations as Manager of General Affairs. She was subsequently appointed deputy HRM for Ixis Corporate & Investment Bank from 1998 to 2002, becoming HRM in 2003. In 2006, she was appointed HRM of the Investment Bank and Deputy HRM of the Natixis Group, when the Group was created and merged with Ixis CIB.

Since May 2010, Catherine Benet has worked for Aéroports de Paris as deputy Human Resources Manager.
